Molly: No need to be overly hostile.
Steph: Hall nazis should die...they stop me all the time and ask me random questions like "what is today's date" or "what color is your hair" Like wtf do i care about my hair color?!? They all should die like real nazis
Molly: Why did you yell at them? Not that it doesn't make you my hero.
Nina: i hate hall nazis.. .they can burn.. they still give me dirty looks cuz i yelled at them :-)
Molly: The hall nazis wouldn't let me in without my schedule
Lauren: OMG. Molly, did you die during school today? "Cuz you totally weren't in lunch.

sixteen candles

  • Mood: exhausted
  • Music: Vertigo by U2
  • Theme: Xander

Monday:

So my birthday was...interesting?

So I got to school everything was normal and stuff. So then at the end of band I find out that jazz band audtions were today. yeah, I didn't know, so i didn't get the audition until 8:30 for an audition at 3:30.

So I spent the next couple periods panicking and trying to figure out a plan of practicing. So for lunch i ate a cookie and an ice cream in 5 minutes and went down to the practice rooms to play. I stayed for 8/9 (my study hall) Chad came down and helped me which was amazingly helpful. So then I went to french, and decided- screw pre-calc. Sure I missed Friday and have no idea what we did. I don't care because I hate it so much. So I told her that I had a lesson and went down to practice. Then I practiced some more after school and had my lesson. I did okay considering the lack of time. I don't know if I'll make it though. Mr. Davern knew I hadn't had much time and was really cool about it.

Then I went to work till 7 and came home and did work. Gotta love birthdays.

I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me

  • Mood: Tired
  • Music: Bohemian Rhapsody

So not much has happened since my last post. I got a dress for semi, so thats over with. And I still need a costue, which sucks, seeing as I have 5 days to get one. But its all good.

Stolen from Speckie:

If you respond with your name, then I will:
1) I'll respond with something random about you.
2) I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3) I'll pick a flavor/color of jello to wrestle with you in.
4) I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
5) I'll tell you my first memory of you.
6) I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
7) I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.
If I do this for you, you must post this on your journal. You MUST. It is written.

How Pre-calc solved the energy crisis

  • Mood: Pensive
  • Theme: Groovy new dumbledore

Once upon a time, there was a girl in math class who was bored beyond all logical thought. She watched her teacher pointing at the board and wondered when any of this information would be remotely useful to her life after junior year. She was drifting into a stupor, when something interesting finally happened. Another students head exploded. Thats correct. His brain became so overwhelmed by useless information that it overheated and exploded. Sceintists were very interested in this strange phenomona. They exposed synthetic brains to lots of pre-calculus and watched them explode- partially for science and partially because it was fun. They soon realized that the heat produced was much higher than they expected. In fact, it was enough to induce nuclear fusion. They created a factory in which synthetic brains were forced to complete squares and write down equations for circles  until they exploded, and they harnessed the heat for fusion, thus saving the world from the energy crisis.

Life is short but sweet for certain

  • Mood: Content
  • Music: Cellophane Boy- No Doubt
  • Theme: Dory

So I'm actually updating for once. Something actually happened. So I retook the regents and got my grades back. I received an 82. So take that Cost. I learned more from Mrs. Taestch in 6 review sessions than in an entire year with you.

Went to Split Rock yesterday and hung out with Lauren, Eva C, and Katie which was fun. We discussed the Dear America series. And came to the conclusion that Stewie from family guy is the best male character on any TV show EVER.

And thats basically it. I want schedules to come, and I don't want school to start, if that makes any sense.

ps Congradulations to lauren for making varsity!

Who'd have thought that love could be so caffeinated?

  • Mood: Happy
  • Music: Taylor, the latte boy
  • Theme: Seth Cohen

Chemistry regents was yesterday, and I hope I get in the 80's. I think I did pretty well. Except the last 20 minutes after I finished were very boring. So then I called Lauren and we talked about superskank, and her tagboard and it was all very fun. So after that I came home and watched TV, and went out to dinner with my aunt cause she's visiting. And thats about it. So...bye.

I employed a ruse

So I'm in Rochester, visiting the grandparents. The concert was last night. My solo didn't suck which was cool. And, of course, I had to do the whole Woody Herman/Zataran's clarinet pose, cause I don't make a fool of myself all the time. Mr. Dimmel almost forgot to mention me, but Chad reminded him so that was cool. And my Mom got a picture, and I very much hope that the family doesn't see it too much, as that would be cause of embarassment. But the concert was good. It didn't rain, which is a plus. And like I said, I didn't suck.

"Was I feeling it this time?"
"Yes, you were feeling the solo"
